Volunteering

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at our school, please complete and submit the following forms:

• Volunteer Information Form

• Volunteer Agreement Form

• Criminal Offence Declaration Form

All volunteers must provide a current Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector each year. This can be obtained online from the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary; Click Here to access the online form. Click Here to request a letter from the school to have the fee waived. Once we receive your request a letter will be sent to you via e-mail which you can then include with your application to the RNC.

Please Note:

• All forms, including the Criminal Records / Vulnerable Records Check, are to be submitted to the school annually.

• Documents can be e-mailed to juniperridgeint@nlesd.ca, or submitted in person to the Main Office.

• All individuals must approved as a school Volunteer before they are permitted engage in any volunteer activities at the school.
