About Us

Juniper Ridge Intermediate is located in the community of Torbay, NL, Canada, and serves the communities of Torbay, Flatrock, Pouch Cove and Bauline. Located in the Northeast area of the Avalon Peninsula, our feeder schools, Cape St. Francis Elementary and Holy Trinity Elementary, assist us in preparing our students for their final phase of secondary education at the local high school, Holy Trinity High.

Our school has an Elementary Division (Grades 5 & 6) and a Junior High Division (Grades 7 & 8), with a total population of approximately 700 students. We offer programming in both the English and French streams, including Early French Immersion (EFI), Late French Immersion (LFI) and Intensive Core French (ICF).
